was nagin holding up a paper bag when he said that new orleans should be a chocolate city? maybe bourbon street is supposed to be french vanilla?
if all he's got is the race card, no wonder he plays it over and over... pathetic

Last night (Friday), I watched Washington Week on PBS. Despite my Conservatism, I really like the alternative viewing... (minus)- the slant.
Gwen Eifel(sp) is the moderator and i think she is so smart and succinct. Always on and I don't read much slant from her.
She asked viewers to answer the question: *What were they thinking...?* and showed clips of Nagin's dream of a cholate city + Billary's rant on the Congress or the White House or whatever... being run as a plantation- "and you know what I'm talking about!" I think when she gets so angry, she looks totally possessed.
I sat in surprise and don't care much what viewers think- I want to know what GWEN thinks. I'd love to know what a saavy gal like her thinks.
I'll probably have to eat these words if she's, more than likely, Liberal. I'll still admire her.
