States may have grown accustomed to violating the rights of American citizens, but that does not bootstrap those violations into something that is constitutional.

Discerning Texan

I was going to link to this upbeat post at the Discerning Texan site, when I noticed the previous post. Then I noticed another I wanted to link, then another, so now I'll just recommend reading everything there.
