Should the motto "In God We Trust" be removed from U.S. currency?

Dumb, two-sided poll, but I'll vote here for the record:

Yes, because, as a nation, we don't. Indeed, a tiny minority does. Including (sadly) myself, most of us are too fat and stupid to truly trust in God.

I hope I'm working on the problem.

i agree that the answers (like most polls) present a false dichotomy, and i agree in principle with your reasoning. but i think that the phrase should remain as a defiance to those who want to replace any reference (however historical or current) to the true God with their secularist dogma.
