Unconstitutionality

Researching two current issues - the Census' unconstitutional questions and Chicago's unconstitutional gun laws - I found one quote in particular that applies wonderfully to both:

"States may have grown accustomed to violating the rights of American citizens, but that does not bootstrap those violations into something that is constitutional."

This also applies to ongoing Ponzi schemes...
