I grew up on a 360 acre dairy farm and still secretly lust for it (hope i don't burn in hell). Our farm now is only 11 acres and we rent about120 for pasture and hayland. WE use tractors and other machinery, but have been organic for 1&1/2 yrs or so *Organic Valley* is where we sell our milk.
I'm sure this guy doesn't use chemicals on his land and it's quite a trip- to be feeding the earth that feeds us back. Gives the term *dirt poor* a very personal meaning, 2 :0)<>
