back when it was legal to tell ethnic jokes, rumors were often spread that the meat served in certain oriental restaurants was from animals that westerners would consider to be pets. i figured that those animals could be eaten under dire circumstances, like war, famine, or extreme poverty, but never served by a restaurant with a permit.
until tonight... i'm really wondering whether my lunch actually consisted of beef... errrrmmmmmm...
