having problems with suntrust bank?

Meaning, I guess, choosing any other mortgage company, huh?

Are you getting Robocalls at home, Hatless? That can be illegal, ya know~

actually, my "unique circumstances" - though annoying - were not as bad as the examples i linked. the two contacts i had *with actual people* were prompt and professional. but their online system didn't work 1) as advertised, and 2) at all sometimes, which made it impossible to make timely payments, which triggered late fees and robocalls, which triggered me to find an alternative financing solution. the proximate cause for this post was that they continued to demand payment plus late fees for a loan that had already been refinanced two weeks prior.

the calls have stopped.
