help!

I was going to cook a chicken pot pie for lunch, but the directions on the front of the box say "Keep Frozen. Cook Thoroughly." What should I do?!?

    Don't panic. Don't panic.

    The box says clearly 'Tear along the perforated line'.

    So put the box on the floor and run around is as fast as you can.

    There. All better?
